I had an excellent experience with Michael Rohde at Altitude Home Loans. I bought a house and we decided not to use real estate agents. Michael Rohde was my main point of contact for the Loan and he went above and beyond. You can tell he likes what he does. Michael worked around my busy work schedule to answer all my questions. I would text him late in the day asking if he had a few minutes for a couple of questions and that would usually turn into 30 minutes or an hour conversation as that would lead to a few additional questions. He reviewed the whole process and as I was going through it and would notify me on next steps. I felt fully informed and confident with my home purchase. When Michael answers a question he leaves no stone unturned and he is very easy to talk to and accessible, even on Saturdays. He chose to attend the house closing which again very helpful. Michael Rohde and his associate Kim Salvemini were absolutely incredible for us! The home buying experience involves many professionals and moving parts. One of those major parts is the financing portion. Michael carefully and methodically walked us through the whole process. Their communications through calls, emails, and texts were prompt and on point. What was extremely helpful was that we were provided with clearly spelled out checklists of what we needed to provide for them in order to keep everything happening in an orderly and timely manner!
