At Altitude, we are a mid-sized mortgage banker, looking for passionate and entrepreneurial retail partners who are seeking to grow their business, focused on the highest levels of customer service.  Teamwork, strength with flexibility are some of our top priorities that ensure we design an economic and operational model around your needs.

We are privately held and maintain a flat organizational structure. This gives you immediate access to Sr. level management and department heads, which means quick decisions along with a family culture. Our goal is to create solutions to help you and your team fund more loans.

We offer multiple economic models ranging from a full corporate branch structure to P&L branches.

HISTORY

Altitude Home Loans was founded by two lifelong friends with deep roots and decades of experience in the mortgage industry. When their former company owners decided to sell to a large national firm, they decided to preserve the existing culture and opened Altitude Home Loans.  They saw an opportunity to create a new and better company built on best practices, knowing this would stand the test of challenging markets and would attract the best people.  Since its inception, Altitude has consistently grown its originator base year over year.

ALTITUDE PRODUCTS

As a correspondent lender, Altitude offers all of the necessary products that Loan Originators are seeking.  This includes fixed and adjustable rates on:

Conventional | FHA | VA | USDA | Jumbo | Local DPA/Bond Programs | Manufactured Housing | Temporary Buydowns | 2nds/HELOCs

We also recognize that we cannot be everything to everyone. As they say “Too much variety kills efficiency”.  So Altitude has a Broker Loan desk to allow for the occasional loans that need a unique and lender specific Non-QM  product.  We don’t ever want to see your client or referral source seek out your competition to solve a need.

BRANCH SUPPORT

Operations

  • HR/Payroll – All your staffing, onboarding, payroll and benefits are handled efficiently at Altitude, so your employees have all the information they need at their fingertips.

  • Accounting/Legal/Compliance – Helping manage your profitability, legal questions and maintaining a safe and compliant model are paramount at Altitude. Your success is our success.

                                (All we can get from Raghu – Defining how we might handle a P&L branch, supporting them via Legal/Credit Risk, Decision Making on files….and how the P&L would be accessible to them…if we have that)

  • Loan Fulfillment – Options based on your needs. We understand that one size does not fit all and you have goals to grow and succeed.

                Processing – Depending on your needs, Altitude offers centralized processing with highly experienced processors to handle all your files.  Local processors are supported by our existing staff from start to finish.

                LOAs – Depending on your size and needs, Loan Officer Assistants are available with Altitude to support file set up and client communication.  Local LOAs are also supported by our central LOAs.

                UW – Based on your size and market, underwriters can be centralized or housed within your branch.  Understanding that each market is different when it comes to product needs, Altitude will work with you to make sure you have the Underwriting support necessary to succeed.

                               

Technology – (LOS / TEAMS / Sharepoint) –

                At Altitude Home Loans, we understand that one of, if not the most important aspect of a successful transition is successful training.  You and your team need to feel excited about a change and making sure you know how to use all the tools we offer and who to get answers from is a big part of that.

This is why we have spent so much time and energy in perfecting our training department.  It is also why we have been recognized repeatedly for the success of our training and support teams.
