- Loan Fulfillment – Options based on your needs. We understand that one size does not fit all and you have goals to grow and succeed.
Processing – Depending on your needs, Altitude offers centralized processing with highly experienced processors to handle all your files. Local processors are supported by our existing staff from start to finish.
LOAs – Depending on your size and needs, Loan Officer Assistants are available with Altitude to support file set up and client communication. Local LOAs are also supported by our central LOAs.
UW – Based on your size and market, underwriters can be centralized or housed within your branch. Understanding that each market is different when it comes to product needs, Altitude will work with you to make sure you have the Underwriting support necessary to succeed.
Technology – (LOS / TEAMS / Sharepoint) –
