Jeff Schwartz grew up in Omaha, Nebraska before moving to Arizona in 1986 to attend ASU where he received his Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Jeff worked his way through college while growing his interest in the real estate industry. After completing his degree at ASU, Jeff began working as a project manager for Monterey Homes, now Meritage Homes. Jeff developed a sense for making things work, providing solutions to problems and applied his “get it done” work ethic to every challenge. After many 15 years between Monterey & The Empire Group, Jeff started his own development and consulting company involved in land acquisitions, community development and building neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area, Central Florida and Omaha, Nebraska.
During his years in Scottsdale, Jeff has served on the Save Our McDowell’s Proposition Board (Prop 404), City of Scottsdale Transportation Commission and Planning Commission, and the Citizens Transportation Oversight Committee. He has held and/or currently holds membership with the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, The Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, and the American Israel Political Affairs Committee, Arizona Multi-Housing Association, Arizona Association of Community Managers. Jeff has also served as a past board member of the Anti-Defamation League and the Advisory Committee for Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. He has served on the Advisory Board for Stand for Children Arizona, the Maricopa County Housing Authority, the Maricopa County Board of Adjustments, the Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority, Arizona Mortgage Bankers Association and an elected Republican Precinct Committeeman in Legislative District 4. Jeff also ran for the Arizona State Senate in 2014.
Jeff has also been involved with multiple charity organizations such as Hunkapi Programs, Arizona Safe Baby Haven, Stand for Children, Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, Expect More Arizona CEO/Business Advisory Member, Project C.U.R.E., Where Hope Lives, Dream City Church, The Dream Institute, the Hilton Family Holocaust Education Center and worked on the Rio Verde Foothills Temporary Water Solution.
Jeff resides in Scottsdale with his wife, Kim Alexis and has three grown stepsons.
