Debbie Fagin

A proud native Tucsonan, Debbie Fagin has seen numerous changes take place in the mortgage and real estate industries over the years. She supplements that perspective with more than 20 years’ experience as a Loan Officer and a desire to see clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

Debbie knows customer service is the No.1 priority, and works closely with her clients and realtors throughout the home buying process by providing them with the knowledge and information they individually need. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, secondary residence, or investment property, Debbie makes sure the client is aware of their long term goals.  Every aspect of the loan, from processing to funding, is done in-house to provide a faster process.

Debbie has also served on many committees and assisted with numerous charitable events.

Outside of her professional life, Debbie is also a proud mother and grandmother who cherishes spending time with her family. She also has a 7-year-old Australian Shepard to keep her busy.
