Are you interested in joining our team at Altitude Home Loans?
Altitude Home Loans is built around an important set of core values:
The people at Altitude Home Loans bring many decades of experience in doing loans the right way. Whether it’s the excellence in origination, processing, underwriting, or closing departments, Altitude Home Loans is fortunate to have an amazing group of talented people to help clients and real estate agents in providing a smooth loan process.
A key factor in helping grow Altitude Home Loans is bringing together a group of first-class loan originators to navigate their clients through the loan process and provide the essential sound advice required for them to make the best decisions. By assembling such quality throughout the organization, Altitude Home Loans is poised to take flight.
We're not only focused on making a difference for our clients, but also in the community. “Altitude with a Giving Attitude” is the program the company will use to make an impact. Throughout the year, Altitude employees have the opportunity to choose charities to raise funds and donate their time.
If you are interested in joining our team and TAKING HOME BUYING TO NEW HEIGHTS, send us a message or give our Director of Business Development Ronda Argueta a call, we'd love to speak with you.
Ronda Argueta’s greatest passion in life is connecting with people, and she’s been able to do so for more than 30 years in the real estate industry. The experience she’s gained over the years has allowed her to work collaboratively while helping others achieve their goals.
Working alongside her husband, Jamie, Ronda knows she can provide a superior product backed by a wealth of knowledge and the Argueta motto: Detail, communicate, and deliver. Through those steps, she looks to change clients’ views of the loan process and let them focus on the excitement of their new purchase.
Ronda also believes in being an active participant within the industry, and does so as a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors. She’s also an active member of the Tucson community, and works with organizations like Angel Charity for Children and The Humane Society of Southern Arizona.
When she’s not hard-at-work, Ronda enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including (and especially) her four-legged family members.
